Library

Tucked in the back corner of the Coronado Community Center, the Coronado Center Library is a friendly, comfortable place with a wide selection of newspapers, periodicals and magazines. Check your email or do research on one of the library’s computer terminals for patron use. Free WiFi is available.

There is a wide selection of mysteries, fiction, large print books and autobiographies, with a smaller collection of literature, an impressive list of new books and books on order.

The friendly staff and volunteers, avid readers themselves, are a helpful resource when you’re stumped for a title of a book or the name of an author.

There’s a children’s section with books, puzzles, and bean bag chairs for lounging, and a weekly story time during the summer and fall. Call 922-3555 for the schedule.

The library also stocks a sizeable paperback lending library. These books are not in the catalog – just take them home, read them, and bring them back! The puzzle section works the same way.
