The Jigsaw Puzzle Showdown on October 4th was a big success!
The “Puzzled to Pieces” team took first place in the Jigsaw Puzzle Showdown on October 4, finishing their puzzle in 1 hour and 58 minutes! [Photos courtesy of the Saline County Library, which provided the puzzles and facilitated the event. Thank you, Saline County Library!]
The “Twisted Sisters” team took second place, finishing their puzzle in 2 hours and 7 minutes!
Team “Two Much Trouble” took third place, finishing their puzzle in 3 hours and 20 minutes!
Arkansas Chapter XXXIV of the National Society of the Colonial Dames of America donated David O. Stewart’s book, George Washington: The Political Rise of America‚Äôs Founding Father, winner of the 2022 Colonial Dames book award.
Ashlee Nix-Linsley, an author of young adult books from Garland County, made a donation to us for the Little Library and also to the library.
